I used this for the first time today (May 6, 2025) and I LOVE it! It cooked one, broken yolk, egg to perfection so that it perfectly fit my Thomas' English muffin! Easy to use. VERY easy to clean. I recommend it!Update (May 10, 2025)If you want to use this for TWO eggs, you might NOT want to use X-Large eggs, as for me they slightly flowed-over!I'm still loving it, as I get my homemade 'egg McMuffin' exactly as I want it, with FAR more convenience, no travel, and less cost! Saves energy too!As others have said, it's great for several reasons:1) minimal maintenance2) cooks reliably WITHOUT any 'supervision' - set it and go. It beeps & you're done!3) cooks consistently according to your setting.

I love eggs. This works very well for me, for a number of reasons: 1) One egg done the same way, again and again. 2) Do not need to supervise it. 3) Do not need to clean it. 4) Use less oil (if any). 5) Stops me from overeating by cooking one at a time. Overall, it is very convenient. PS. I add some cheese and other things (sunflower nuts, etc.) and the eggs taste terrific. Even my wife agrees that this was a good purchase!

This cooks the eggs exactly as the instructions on the cooker says. Very easy to use. I am very happy with it. Thank you.

UPDATE:After 2 weeks of use, the selector & start buttons quit working. Attempting to return it (& it's instruction pamphlet) to Amazon even though I had discarded the box it came in after 3 or 4 successful uses.It may be considered a little bougie to have a little uni-tasker just to make a fried egg, but considering that I like an occasional fried egg, I like this little guy. Most of the time when I fry an egg it somehow turns into a scrambled egg.This device is easy to use, just give it a little shot of spray oil, or a dab of butter, add the egg, close the lid, select the doneness you desire & press the start button. A few minutes latter, you've got a pretty nice looking fried egg, and it's just the right size for a breakfast sandwich.

So glad I bought this great little product it's exactly what I was looking for!Convenient quick a d easy to enjoy an egg most every morning!

I purchased this mainly for an over medium style egg. But, I also intend to use it for bagel with eggs.I used the 1/2 runny yolk setting to fry 3 eggs. The first one, cooked without preheating, turned out a bit more done than I expected. The next two were nearly perfect and the result was consistent. I suspect preheating the cooker without an egg might give the best results for all three eggs.I only sprayed oil onto the bottom surface for the first egg, and all three came out easily with the provided tool.I am happy with the results, the ease of use of the device, and the build quality. The only reason I gave it four stars was the price. It seems a bit expensive for what it does. It will be money well spent if it continues to cook eggs consistently.

It's really convenient for cooking eggs without messing up the stove. I like my eggs over hard, so I put it on the highest setting. It's been working out great for me. Works great with scrambled eggs too - it makes what looks like a fritata when I ad cheese and oregano.
