Great price, and does the job. I use this on my hardwood floors and love the tremendous amount of steam cleaning this product produces. Floors dry quickly for use. Easy to assemble, easy to use,nice long power cord and holds alot of water in tank.

This is the 3rd steam mop I have purchased this one is the BEST IT ACTUALLY cleans the floor no sticky solutions just waterI highly recommend the steamer!!!

The mop is good for what it’s worth. I find that the handheld attachment is more useful than the actual mop for sticky/hard to remove grime. Pretty simple and straightforward to use. It gets pretty hot. The brushes work well. The parts for the mop are obviously cheap. But you get what you pay for.I only gave 3 stars because the company doesn’t sell replacement for the mop pads and auxiliary parts/brushes. One of my mop pads were accidentally thrown away. And the other is so soiled that it still isn’t clean even after three washes. So basically the mop is unusuable since I cannot find any replacement mop pads that fit the dimensions of the mop head. Super frustrating but again, you get what you buy.

I have wanted a steam mop for some time now. I was introduced to them by someone I cleaned house for several years ago. I finally decided to bite the bullet being the floors are ceramic and laminate flooring. I got impatient as I was saving for a Shark but Ohhh What a Disappointment! First of All the pcture I posted should have beeny first Red Flag. The 2nd Red Flag was, it apparently was NOT a New one as I thought I bought, it had Water inside the water canister when I first took it out! The handle is very unstable and wobbly, The instructions tell you How to put it together but no clarity on how to use it other than there is 3 setting modes, however they are Not marked and non worked well. I had to keep stopping in order to use my fingernail to get stuff off the floor. The grout nozzle was no better. I wasted my hard earned money, excitement and all just to be deflated. Nope it Going Back, I HIGHLY do NOT recommend and I'm so tired of companies that are full of trickery. I bought NEW NOT USED, NOT REMANUFACTURED, NEW, And got someone else's return. I can see why they Returned it :(

Does a great job, easy to use and was affordable!

The water tank is small and difficult remove to fill, then reconnect. I bought for washing my floors. Appears you can use as a steam cleaner, but the rate of steam is underwhelming, so I wouldn't bother. Wanted something different from my prev Shark unit that steamed by handle movement. Not sorry it died, but sorry I bought this as replacement.
