The case fit perfect on my Surface Studio laptop. Easy to put on and take off.

UPDATE - So i saw positive reviews for orange color and went ahead and ordered that just to see and guess what, it fit perfectly. The screen still tilts forward and you have to push it back into place if you dont open from the middle but still functional. Customer service for the product didnt respond when i inquired about sizes and the possibility of some fitting and some not. Now i went ahead and ordered my fav colors so i can keep the one i like the most which also fits. Over all a great product IF you get the right color. Not all colors r same.Original Review : Clear Color - I have Microsoft Studio Laptop and this case is NOT a fit. Its too tight, i was worried my laptop was gonna scratch. The screen kept tilting forward with the pressure of tight top case. Just very very disappointing. I love mcovers and this is exactly what i needed to protect my Laptop. I hope they fix the design

Great shell for my laptop, fits like a glove. I feel more confident taking it on the road or when traveling, and it's not too bulky. I'm still wary w/it (plastic can only protect so much, after all), but generally I'm pleased with the level of protection it brings.

Don't get me wrong, it's a good case. But it's too thick where the screen bends in that it makes it feel like you are going to break your screen hinge using it. Also, It will not let the screen go all the way into tablet mode.

I had the exact same case for my previous Microsoft Surface Book. The things I like the most about the case are: 1) that with the feet extended, it "tilts" the laptop keyboard so the back of the keyboard is higher than the front, similar to a normal computer keyboard; 2) ease of installation (and removal); 3) all the ports are fully accessible; and 4) that it offers a base level of protection; and 5) the looks of it. As one reviewer correctly stated, you are not able to use the top of the case if you go into "tablet" mode. That's the only reason I gave the case a 4 star rating rather than 5 stars. However, that's not a big deal for me as I rarely use my Surface Studio 14.4% computer in tablet mode (I have an iPad). But if I did need to go into tablet mode, I'd just take the top cover off. It's SUPER easy to remove it, use it in tablet mode, and then put it back on. The case is not meant to provide a ton of protection. I don't know that it would protect the laptop if it fell onto a hardwood floor, onto concrete, etc. You'd need something stronger than this. But I didn't buy it for that. I bought it more for scratch resistance and to elevate the back of the keyboard, as noted before. I am VERY happy with my purchase and may buy a couple of more in different colors. I highly recommend this to anyone with a Surface Studio 14.4" laptop.

This polycarbonate case doesn’t fit my surface studio how it’s shown in the picture. The sizing is not correct avoid this case at all costs

I was looking for a shell to protect the lower half of my surface laptop studio from getting dirty when I set it down on public spaces. This one did the job. As some others pointed out, the top wants to flip open if you use the top shell. However, I never intended to use the top shell, just the bottom one to protect the bottom from getting dirty and it does the job great. Only issue is there is no cutout for the surface slim pen 2, so I had to cut my own hole. It took some work and some sanding to make it look decent, and I wish it came from the factory with the proper hole for the pen. If you don't make a hole, the pen still attaches with about 60-70% of the magnetic force and I windows still detects if it is removed. Not sure if charging is impacted.

No permite colocar la pantalla en sus múltiples posiciones. No permite hacerla tablet, ni modo presentación. Solo se puede usar como normal y deslizando como en la imagen.

Fácil de encajar en el chasis del dispositivo y queda perfecto. Pero se debería de haber pensado mejor la parte de la tapa donde está la pantalla.Al intentar levantar la tapa para empezar a usar el dispositivo, se "activa" el modo tablet porque se despega la parte inferior de la pantalla para usarla en modo táctil. Para que eso no suceda, se debe de intentar levantar con los dedos por la parte del logo porque si no se activa. Es algo incómodo y requiere algo más de fuerza en tus dedos, perdiendo comodidad.Además, como la tapa y la cubierta son duras, tienes que hacer algo de fuerza cuando quieras usar sólo la pantalla y parece que en cualquier momento se vaya a partir la pantalla debido a la carcasa.Hubiera sido más fácil sustituir la parte que se despega de la pantalla con una banda magnética así como lo tienen las tablets para proteger la pantalla y se hubiera solucionado el problema.
