Are these speakers ARC got a sky glass tv and they say I must get arc Speakers

Hdmi arc means you can connect/control speakers or hi-fi stereo with your TV with just an hdmi lead I think. Hdmi socket must say arc next to it to work.

Can these be used with a PC?
