After 4 month my jbl head set has been damaged lift side speaker. To claim warranty I need invoice can you please help me to provide purchase invoice as soon as possible.

I bought it few days ago, I used it 1 time and then it stopped working, always turning off alone and showing the battery is full, very bad quality for this price, Im so upset with this product
