The Urban Poling Ultimate Guide to Nordic Walking For Instructors: For beginner, intermediate & advanced instructors

I completed the Urban Poling Activator Instructor course taught by Barb Gormley last fall and will offer my first class for older adults starting in June. This book is a terrific resource providing guidance on everything I need to know to get started successfully.

Barb Gormley did a great job explaining everything from the basics of how to instruct your first Nordic walking class to invaluable tips on building a successful business. This is a resource I wish I had years ago when starting out as a Nordic walking instructor. I highly recommend this book for anyone who teaches Nordic walking or leads a walking group.
