Perfect for a nature lover
These work great for raising caterpillars into butterflies. My kids love them and are constantly on the hunt for more caterpillars.

Butterfly Project for Girl Scouts
These mesh habitats were awesome! We bought caterpillars for Girl Scouts and passed them out with these habitats so the girls could take them home and watch them turn into butterflies. Good quality and easy to use.

Perfect!!
These worked perfect for me! I collect monarch butterfly caterpillars, feed them until the turn into their chrysalis and then hatch. So far I have a 100% hatch rate (vs. ~5-8% in nature). I was able to put several caterpillars in each cage for the metamorphosis.

Almost Perfect
2 of the cages arrived ripped around the lid so could not be used. Two children had to share. Bummer

Great sling keeping nets!
While these were designed to be for raising butterflies, I found the very useful as anti sling (baby spider) escape nets for my jumping spiders, their babies are very small and not all the holes in my enclosure end up being covered, they're just so tiny it's hard to account for every little space. These nets fit most of the typical medium sized acrylic habitats you can find on Amazon and don't take up too much space since they're not the large style I used as a kid back in school when we learned about the life cycle of caterpillars and butterflies.
