This did the job and swapping the key into this housing was very easy following the instructions. 10 minutes and done, no more cracked plastic housing! The key for into the new housing perfectly and everything worked exactly as expected. Very happy with quality, price, ease of use.

After reading a lot of bad reviews about after-market key solutions, I selected this product. Both of my Lexus keys broke and the key stem fell out. This product worked perfectly. Tight fit for the key stem and the new case for the electronics. Very pleased.

I had some issues with shipping but once I finally got it I was satisfied. It was extremely easy to put together even came with a screwdriver for the one screw that holds it together. I love that it has a plastic sleeve that covers the top of the key blade so it doesn’t move around and should make it last longer since that’s inevitably where it breaks. I would have given it five stars but mine didn’t close all the way on the sides so the buttons are a little recessed. Overall it’s the best replacement I’ve had so far! It came with 2 which is nice but if I have to I would buy again and recommend it if your key is broken.

Bought these to replace my old 1999 SC300 key covers because they were old and cracking whenever I turn on my car.Covers don't close all the way, had to do some sanding of the plastic housing for it to look decent.

Better than the actual Lexus fob!

This was for a replacement key purchased from amazon before. So I wasn' t 100% sure this cover was going to work. The video helped confirm it should work. So everything fit well. I had to use the old screw as the supplied one didn’t fit the metal key but no big deal. The shape of the insert that the metal key fits into has a shoulder that seems to make the key stronger so that’s a nice design modification. Time will tell if it holds up.

Purchased to replace a broken key fob and after some filing to adjust the base end of the key so it would fit, it seemed sturdy enough and worked well enough to use to start the car.
