Incredible machine at a great price.
Open the box, and you can see that each piece had been carefully protected from damage. You can also see that each part is well made. Not one piece could be described as "skimpy".I suggest that before you assemble the unit, you take your time, read the manual and look at the video online. The assembly tools are included, so you save time trying to find your own. When you get the unit assembled, it looks like it will last forever.I just started using it. I could feel it working, but I will have to reduce the tension bands to get started so I can do more reps. However, I can tell that the unit is starting to do its job on my thighs.What a great find.

Easy to use, good muscle work
Only had this a few days, but I am enjoying it. It is so much easier to use than I feared. After watching the video, I thought I might struggle more in the beginning. Starting slow with smaller number of reps, still using in the morning and evening. The only drawback is that it doesn't fold flat enough to slide under the bed, put in a closet or against a wall in a high traffic area. So it stays up, which serves as a good reminder to get on it and use it.

Ouch
This machine is NOT intended for people with broken backs or have osteoporosis. I got it because I felt I needed to get daily exercise and walking in my area isn't an option. I pushed myself daily on the machine thinking it would strengthen my back after breaking it. I was wrong. It really hurts my back!
