Fits perfectly. It is meant to be able to hold gallon sized milk, so there will be an intentional small gap opening between the shelf and bar that others have complained about.

The fit is perfect.
I am glad I was able to find a replace for my fridge! The middle shelf is different from the top and bottom shelves. Middle shelf stick out a bit more.
