Refurbished PC for Win 11
Needed to get onto a Windows 11 compliant PC before support ends for Windows 10 in October 2025, but didn't want to spend a lot for a new PC. Product delivered as described and in good condition. Win 11 Pro was already installed but had to apply updates to get on most current version (24H2). Very fast boot-up and good performance. I may add an additional solid-state hard drive (SSD) for more storage space. Had to buy a Display port-to-HDMI adapter since there's only two video ports and they're both Display Port (DP). Otherwise up and running right out of the box.

Buyer beware - riddled with problems
Nothing but problems. to begin with, there was no built-in wifi or bluetooth. Instead 2 USB plug-ins are provided of which the bluetooth did not work. Within a month I got the blue screen of death. At first, it happened every few weeks , then every few days. By the 9th month Im getting them hourly. Ive tried everything Microsoft has instructed me to do to no avail. My only option is to spend $150 to have GeekSquad diagnose it which seems ridiculous since thats half of what I spent on it. Today I ordered a new computer and this is going in the trash

Dell OptiPlex 7060 Tower brings my household up to modern Windows 11 operation
This computer worked right out of the box and the built in wi-fi made it easy to connect to my network. It mostly connects at 5G and the wi-fi does not fade as it used to on older computers. It is a pleasure to operate it and I am typing this on that machine right now. Since I had an old ASUS monitor with an HDMI port, I had to buy the transition cable for connecting the monitor (Display Port out, HDMI in). Once I changed the input port setting on the ASUS monitor, I was up and running.

Good System and a Good Price
Came as described. It looks like an adhesive vinyl cover was used to hide case blemishes, but that's OK I was buying this to use as a server hidden under a desk anyway.Internal space was smaller than I thought it would be. I was intending to mount a few 3.5" NAS hard drives, but it doesn't have the space - it does have cages for a couple 2.5" drives. I ended up adding an external drive enclosure.Be warned, if you intend to add a graphics card, there are cable connectors for SATA power and data on the back side of the motherboard that will likely interfere with longer PCIe cards.

Product description is incorrect (Update at bottom)
I would have rated it a 4 overall if the product description was right because it works for my purposes, but I could see people having an issue with some things. First there is NO built in WIFI. That is 100% false. It is connected by a lightning quick ethernet cable. Works great and accesses the internet fast. Second is, it can't do 3 monitors as advertised in the image. There are 2 4k monitor ports and that's it. They provide a cheap HDMI converter (see pic 3). Also in pic 3, you will see the '5.0 Bluetooth' DONGLE they include with it. They didn't say it was built in, but that's a little deceptive. It's pretty cheap too. But for me it's perfect. I wanted to turn my 4k smart TV into a 55" 4k Windows 11 PC too. Works great! It's fast, responsive and even has a DVD-RW drive, but you do have to buy the software to use it. It can't play DVDs right out of the box or anything. Overall a solid unit, low temps, low power consumption, just wish it had WIFI.UPDATE: It does have built in WIFI. My mistake, I thought it was built into the computer when it's actually built into the box the keyboard and mouse come in (see photo 4). It too is a dongle just like the Bluetooth. Luckily there are six USB 3.0 ports.

Minor issues with PC, Major Issues with wireless Keyboard and Mouse
There were minor issues with programs and features not working properly but have been resolved. However the wireless mouse and keyboard intermittently stop working. At times they fail at the same time but also fail independently. I tried different USB ports but still have the same problem. Was told from Customer Service I had to send the PC, Mouse and , keyboard for the warranty to be covered. Which sucked because ti took me close to a day to load my programs and work through the bugs something I prefer not to do again. All and all it was a good purchase.

Absolute garbage refurbished.
The media could not be loaded. Purchased a OptiPlex 7060MT.Upon arrival, there was an audible rattling inside of the computer case. Upon inspection the Memory stick was loose. Many of the SATA cables were not connected to the motherboard, and we’re also rattling around the case. This item is falsely advertised as supporting three 4K monitors. It was advertised as two display ports, and HDMI.It has two display ports, and a VGA port which is NOT HDMI!!!!The antenna cable for the “integrated Wi-Fi” Was not even connected. They were also loose inside or the case. The M2 in NVME is a cheap king fast. NVME. These are known to fail.I have not had an opportunity to turn on the computer. If you buy from the seller, please double check your components before turning the computer on.
