We like this DVD player. It's compact so it doesn't take up much room and can be stored easily when not in use. Works great and easy to connect. Great solution at a good price if you just need the option of playing DVDs occasionally.

Great quality DVD player. The playback is smooth (no freezing), very easy to setup and it has no issues "reading" newer or older DVDs. I also really like the unit's small profile -- it doesn't take up much room, but works fantastically. Very pleased with this DVD player and I definitely would recommend both the DVD and the seller.

Works Fine. Region free was a 2 min job to set up.The remote SUCKS. It's teeny tiny. The buttons are so small it's hard to press just one. None of the buttons are shaped to tell you what they do and the text is so small it's almost impossible to read.And I'm not THAT old!!!

I don't often do reviews, but this product deserve one. Love this as I can play my American and English DVDs. The quality is outstanding. I also like that it doesn't take up a lot of space like the old type of DVD players. The price is great, quality of sound is fantastic, and it plays through our Sonos system. It is so functional as it is so compact that I am also able to take this out of my house and use it in m RV. I would definitely recommend this product.

A whole new world of movie possibilities opens up with a region free dvd player. I was very glad that my household invested in this dvd player.The player, new in box, arrived well packaged, and with good, clear instructions on accessing the region free settings. The unit is compact, and takes up very little real estate.Thus far, we have enjoyed quite a few Region 2 movies that have added a positive viewer experience, due to extended scenes, new scenes, or special features that are not included in Region 1 versions of the same movies.

This machine seems to have a mind of its own. Won't play all the episodes in a row without stopping and I have to click the next episode I hit play all and I can't get it to resume where left off when I turn it on again. But I don't want to complain

I purchased this Phillips DVD player a few months ago. It is working as good as the day I received it! Absolutely no issues whatsoever! I recommend this product to anyone who is interested in buying a DVD player. Surely worth the money!
