Working Well for Power over Ethernet
I used one of these ethernet couplers to extend a cable running to a POE security camera which means it receives its power over the ethernet. I was concerned that adding a coupler between two cables would cause a reduction inpower and prevent the camera from working. However, I have been pleasantly surprised that the camera is working for both power and data.

Great RJ45 Barrel Connector
I used this to splice 2 ends of a Cat5e cable together where I couldn't run a new cable, I put new ends on the cable and put this in the middle inside a waterproof case and it has worked perfectly. I'm getting full gigabit connectivity (minus overhead).

Used multiple on one line, works great.
Move my desk to back of my classroom when students started using Chromebooks so I could see screens. Finally decided I needed to run the phone line to my desk. We have hundreds of 8 ft ethernet cables, so it seemed wasteful to buy one long cable. I worried using four five of these on one line could be a problem, but it works perfectly.
