Works great! I was using a res med brand size small. It was a lilttle small. I bought a medium of this brand and it was perfect! I’ve used it for a week and got no air leakage at all. Will keep buying from them!

Nasal mask fit perfectly on my machine and felt very comfortable!

Took getting used to for me. Had to tighten to get to seal, and that usually means it will wear out faster. Time will tell. But the worst part is no water soap cleanup, it deforms the cushion, ask me how I know. But a quick zap in micro brought it back. I sterilize my nasal irrigator bottle in micro and it works fine.I doubt I will buy more.

I am halfway through my 3rd week with the ResMed 11. The original nose piece that came with my N20 mask did not have a cushion and it left a lot of marks on and around my nose. With this piece, and a small bandaid on the bridge of my nose, I no longer have any marks on my skin in the morning. I still have not solved my mystry of why I keep getting "Mask ADJUST" in my daily MyAir reports when the "Mask Fit" option tells me that the fit is great when I first lie down to go to sleep.

Excellent quality as expected from ResMed products.

I usually wash my mask and hose regularly. This seal/cushion has basically a sponge for the seal. The instructions say not to wash it. Actually says if it ever gets wet to replace it. Don’t think I’ll buy this one again. I’ll stick with the original style cushion.
