Easy to read at a distance!
Great little bench top multimeter. Seems accurate and responsive. The capacitance function does have kind of a narrow range. The probes aren't the best quality but are good enough. The display is nice and bright. All and all I'm happy with it and would buy another.

Surprised how good
The display is large and bright. The overall unit is quite compact. Accuracy seems very good, eg 1% resistors read well within range, frequency agrees with known accurate sources, etc. AC mV sensitivity is about 10mV. Build quality is fine. One minor nit, there are no kickstands to adjust vertical angle. But the display is quite good, and viewing off axis is no problem. I haven't tried the storage and remote interface functions. All in all, this is a very nice upgrade vs using a handheld DMM on the bench.

Great cheap and accurate meter but it takes a long time to settle on a measurement.
In the box I was expecting a power cord which was nowhere to be found. The box contained a tiny USB AC charger module instead which was obviously the wrong choice. Seemed to function fine and the PC interface of it also worked fine. I needed to wait to some real precise resistors to arrive, 50kohm at 0.01% tolerance. Checked the meter with those and got 0.02% delta with both resistors. Measuring those took a while. The auto-range function of the meter is a bit slow. Takes a few seconds to settle. Other than these nits this meter is worth the money.

So good I bought a second one
I was looking for a cheap benchtop multimeter for trivial measurements but mainly something that isn't powered by battery and shuts off every couple of minutes so I gave this a try. Just out of curiosity I compared it with my 240,000 count multimeter and I was completely surprised by how accurate this one was. I also didn't know how much smaller and lighter this one was. In short, I was so impressed that I ended up buying a second one.

false advertizing
the description clearly says "battery poweredd" and it is not.
