It worked but it, and the slot it has to occup,y are so small and fiddly that it was easy to put the card in the wrong way round. Even with it in the right way round, there was only a very subtle click to indicate it was properly seated. The capacity sounds massive on paper, but the Tom Tom seemed to prefer the memory on the new card over the in-built memory - which meant that a very large part of the functionality of the Satnav now depends on the new card. Can't say I'm happy about that - or the fact that I needed such a card so soon after buying the Tom Tom. This suggests a degree of built-in obsolescence - not what you hope for from an apparently trusted supplier of equipment to several car manufacturers. The instrument was not particularly cheap at the time; it is interesting that it is now being widely discounted. Might I have had a more confidence-inspiring experience with another Satnav manufacturer?

As memory cards go it ticks all the boxes.

Excellent product, works perfectly with my Tom Tom Go 50, no problems at all formatting card. Loaded my Europe map onto it and works fine. Great value for money. Arrived within 2 days of ordering on standard delivery.

Wanted to put american and European maps onto Tom Tom - running European of this drive - just what i wanted and at half the price asked for by Tom Tom, Good value

Good service & product, however being old, I had no idea how to use it. No instructions or guidance. Luckily TomTom help supplied an actual person to talk me through it!
