Good, if you know what you're getting
It can charge my phone. It's slow, but it works. I was hoping to use one for powering a small ESP32 microcontroller project, but the current supplied is not enough. In good sunlight, I measured 14mA of short circuit current. Interestingly, the voltage did not fluctuate. It was either 5.09V or nothing. Must be a regulator in there with the USB port. Nice for phone charging, but kind of a bummer for DIY. Still hoping to power that ESP32 with this hooked into a LIPO charging circuit and the microcontroller spending most of its time in deep sleep. But for charging your phone out in the boonies on a sunny day, it's pretty fabulous. Slow, but still, free energy from the sun!

Works well
I'm amazed how well this works. In full sun the battery app on my pixel 8 pro shows it charging between 5 and 6 watts. Even in indirect sunlight it still charges. This will not charge your phone as fast as a USB c quick charger but it does work and is perfect for emergencies. I actually don't use it for a phone, I use it for a radio repeater to keep it charged off grid.

Seems to work well and be good quality
I hesitate to give 5* to anything solar these days until I know it doesn't die after a year. Why solar cells seem to crap out that fast I don't know. But so far this thing is solid. It provides good charge, it's a solid build, no issues with quality. Now, it's no powerhouse of course, and you shouldn't expect that from something with an old USB-A connector. I used it to power a rechargeable fan and it ran all day on high when a charge lasts about an hour so not bad!

Just hooked up the solar panels to my battery pack. Working good. Came right on. I just ordered another one.
