3/4 Orthotic Insoles, Shoe Inserts for Plantar Fasciitis Relief, High Arch Support Inserts for Flat Feet, Over-Pronation and Heel Pain (Medium(Men's 6.5-8.5 / Women's 7.5-9.5))

I used another brand for years to help with support on my heals. They did fine but these are built better, hold their shapes and have helped on my heals pain. They are also slightly wider to fit better in my shoes so I ordered 3 more pair. I put them in my athletic shoes and boots.

I like to use these when my custom full-sole orthotic insert doesn't allow enough toe room. These are very similar (if not the same) as ones that I received from an orthopedic doctor several years ago to help with plantar fasciitis. I can easily flip them out of one shoe and into another. They're made to last.

The shape is good for a distinct arch but they are too weak. My professional orthopedica inserts are the same shape but they are solid with no bending. These have far too much flexibility in my opinion. They supply a little support but not enough. They shape will distort when 100 or 200 pounds of weight comes down on them. Amazon has other choices with greater strength support.

I have extremely high arches. I have used a plethora of different products, including custom-made orthotics. Nothing I have used has worked as good as these. The combination of how high the arch support is along with the heel cup is life-changing. I wear these in my work boots, sandals, as well as my toe shoes. In my boots I pair these with a flat shoe insert made for skateboarders, to absorb shock, and the combo of those two together has been my fix. I do wish they made these in black (so they don’t stand out when I wear them in sandals) but that’s the only thing I can complain about.

Great value for larger volume shoes and boots. I use these in my work boots and they hold up really well. Underside of heal is flat/squared off which keeps the arch support flat and prevents is from twisting right or left.

They're okay but still not enough support for my high arches.

I use these every day! They fit inside most shoes and add the support you need. I find them much easier to use than the full length insoles.

These have saved me & allowed me to walk!! I have wide feet, very flat feet, plantar fasciitis, and have had a horrible time finding orthotic inserts that work for me. Many brands are too narrow in the heel and cut into my foot but these are so much better!! For many years the Orthaheel Active inserts (orange on the bottom/light grey “ribbons” on top) worked well but they quit making these. I tried all the others they made and countless other brands.I did not have high hopes but a few days ago I tried the Dr. Potter brand. They did not create new pain from being too narrow. Almost immediately it began taking away my heel pain. First I tried the blue Dr. Potter + 3/4 length ones and surprisingly they were great. I tried the black ones-also 3/4 length made for flat feet with an extra little pad and they’re also very good. I’m trying to decide which I like better. Then I tried their full length ones (heavy duty for 220+ lbs)-these are great in my tennis shoes! These have thicker soles in the toe area than I was used to which is great if there is enough toe room in the shoe.I highly recommend these!! I was able to walk on concrete floors for three hours the day after I began using these. These inserts are a lifesaver for me!
