Lasted the whole school year
I recently purchased the Case-it Universal Zipper Binder and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. This binder is a lifesaver for keeping all my documents organized and secure. The 2-inch rings provide ample space for my papers without feeling bulky, and the zipper closure ensures that everything stays in place, even when I’m on the go.One of the features I appreciate the most is the universal compatibility. It fits standard 8.5 x 11-inch paper as well as various sizes of sheet protectors and dividers, making it incredibly versatile for all my needs. The built-in handle and shoulder strap are also convenient for carrying it around, whether it’s to meetings or classes. The construction feels sturdy and durable, which gives me confidence that it will last for a long time. The interior pockets are great for storing smaller items like pens, calculator, or USB drives, keeping everything I need in one place.Overall, I highly recommend the Case-it Universal Zipper Binder to anyone looking for a reliable and functional organization solution. It’s made my life a lot easier, and I’m sure it will do the same for you!

Good binder but...
I liked this binder. It works pretty well but I had one problem. Sometimes while carrying my binder through the halls by the handle it would get bumped into. Then when I would get to class and open it the rings would’ve come apart and a lot of my papers would’ve fallen out. So now I just carry it like a regular binder without the handle. Which does kinda defeat the purpose seeing as I bought so I could carry it by the handle. But it’s held up remarkably well and it’s a good binder other Ethan the ring thing. Lots of space but if you are going to but it for school the chrome books from a lot of the schools won’t fit with their cases on. But I would recommend it for you.

Nice BUT we did not choose this one!
The media could not be loaded. Our 6 grader is having some hard time getting used to the local school system: we moved here from EU and teaching style, homework are completely different over there...After having watched some tutorials online, we decided to purchase a good organizer binder and help him with the work organization. Since the different full size organizers look very similar to each other, we decided to purchase the most popular four and compare them before taking our decision. This is a nice one but the one from Five Star was our winner, no doubts. We compared this "Case-it Universal 2 Inch 3 Ring Zipper Binder" with a "Case-it The Mighty Zip Tab Zipper Binder 3 Inch O-Rings 5 Pocket" (bigger), with an "Amazon Basics 3 Ring Binder with Zipper" and with a "Five Star Binder, 2 Inch 3 Ring Binder, 6-Pocket Expanding File" and as said, this last one was the winner. Please watch the video attached for better understanding.Besides the fact Five Star is definitely better made, more sturdy, better made handle and in general more attention to details, it has also more internal pockets and useful storage space.Amazon basic was immediately canceled from the selection as a matter of fact rings are way too big, huge I would say, and materials are quite poor. No space for chromebook, nor for calculator and pens. The 2 Case-it - even if are both nice products - are also not the best in terms of quality: the 3 inches one (bigger of the two) is nice but does not have space for chromebook and calculator. This 2 inches one (smaller of the two) has a pocket for chromebook but not for pens and calculators. Furthermore it is not big enough for the use we wanna do.The one from Five Star is big enough, well made, has space dedicated for calculator, for pens and the front pocket - even if not specifically made for chromebook - it can be used without problems for that purpose. We cannot say how long this is going to last but - so far - we are happy with the decision taken.According to tutorials online, the organizer must hold 4 pocket folders (2 x math, language, science) and 2 for homework (to be done, to be turned in) plus a notebook, a ring pen pouch, calculator, extra pens, chromebook).

First time it lasted a whole year!
Now that the school year is done I can say that finally one of these zippered binder things lasted a whole school year. My HS student dragged this around daily. It was usually overstuffed, not in a backpack, and not treated kindly at all. It managed to survive the whole year with a working zipper, intact pockets, functioning handle, and no bent interior rings. Well done, Case-It.

Helps organize middle schooler
I am a teacher, and many of my students have this brand, so when it came time for my child to need a binder, this was a good choice. It takes a beating but should last the whole year as long as he doesn’t over stuff it. If he needs more space I will upgrade to the 3 inch version. Meanwhile he uses the Chromebook compartment everyday and one pocket has its use, one for the pleasure reading book and planner and one for the composition book. Fits 4-5 single subject notebooks and folders. The only thing it doesn’t fit is his pencil case, because of all the notebooks and folders. Perhaps colored tab dividers with pockets could save space, but they won’t fit as many worksheets. Now with so much online, and fewer papers, that may have been fine.

Invaluable for a High School Student
As a high school student who needs to carry both a 3-ring binder and a laptop around for notes, this bag is invaluable. The shoulder strap is comfortable (albeit requiring a bit of regular adjustment regarding the shoulder pad, which tends to shift) and the combination of pockets makes what would otherwise be an unmanageable load a breeze to carry. The O-ring shape makes it a breeze to flip through my notes, and I love the aesthetic outward appearance. My only complaint is that when fully open, the spine will over-open and the heaviness of the laptop will make it a bit awkward, but I do not fault the makers of the binder for this, as the only to work around this would be for them to limit the degree to which the binder could open. Also, I have encountered two aesthetic tears on the inside of the binder after several months of usage, but the durability of the fabric means that the tears do not get any bigger, so it's fine really. Heavy usage will cause the rings to create depressions in the cardboard, but like the tears, this is just aesthetic. When I go to university after a school year of using this case, I will pass it down to a younger sibling because of how useful it is.
