Good buy
Good buy, took it to Batteries Plus and had it cut in 20 minutes. Programed myself in the parking lot. Followed directions on reviews. Had no problems. 2016 fiesta se. Much cheaper than the dealer or locksmith. You do need 2 keys plus the new to program as stated in instructions.

Much more economical than a dealer or locksmith
I was a bit hesitant to order a car key online but, after researching the correct key to work with my car’s factory keyless entry, I decided to give it a try. Ordered the key and it arrived within 36 hours. I took it to Batteries Plus Bulbs and they cut it (without programming) for $20.I’d already found online instructions to program it to my car to start it (must have two existing programmed keys available to program a new one without dealer/locksmith assistance) and after I did the simple, 1-minute programming procedure, the new key started the engine just fine. In fact, programming the keyless lock/unlock function to the car is a much more involved process, but on the second try I got it right and it all works. And saved me at least $200 over using traditional methods.I would not hesitate to purchase another key from this seller again. Here are some hints to make it go smoothly:1. Make sure the FCC ID and the factory part number of the key you’re buying matches your existing key.2. There are stores that will cut the key for you without charging a fortune. Think Ace, Home Depot, Batteries Plus Bulbs, etc.3. Check your owner’s manual. It may contain key programming instructions. Both the new-key programming AND the keyless entry programming instructions are printed right in the factory owner’s manual (2018 Ford Fiesta in my case).4. Do not attempt to program the key before you get it cut.I’m 100% satisfied with this key and the seller.

Key will not program and can’t get hold of seller
I am a technician. I cut this key and attempted to program. Key will not program to my 2016 Ford Fiesta and it stated that it works with my car. Can not contact seller. Do not waste your money. I would rate it a zero if I could.

IMPORTANT: If your car needs a key with a microchip this key will not work until...
you bring it to a locksmith specializing in keyfob programming. THEN it cost me $200 just to get it programmed in order for the car to START. My car would not start with the microchip inside the keyfob- I tried. I did not know this before purchasing this keyfob. The locksmith said *that some* cars with keyfobs don't have a chip, but mine did. I have a 2017 Ford Fiesta. I was able to program the keyfob to lock/unlock per the online instructions, although I needed to reach out to their support since my car's make and model were not on the program list. After that, and after paying $200+, the key works perfectly.Car: 2017 Ford Fiesta SE Automatic

I would say it was a great purchase. This was used for a 2017 Ford ...
Received the romote/key quickly and took it to Ace Hardware to have it cut. The person cutting the key said the key material was very soft, but it is for a spare and will not get much use anyway.I programmed the remote and the transponder with no issues at all, so now we have a third key for a very reasonable cost. Other than concerns over the softness of the key, which may be completely unfounded, I would say it was a great purchase. This was used for a 2017 Ford Fiesta, and I followed the instructions from the Vehicle User's Guide to program the remote. I programmed the remote buttons portion of the key prior to programming the key transponder, but I doubt the order makes any difference. The Vehicle User's Guide did not have instructions for programming the key transponder, so I got those from Ford, and they are as follows:"Before you startThere are a few things you should do before starting step 1:Read the locks and security information in your owner’s manual.Have two previously programmed Intelligent Access keys inside the vehicle and the new one you are programming readily available.Insert the first previously programmed coded key into the ignition.Turn the ignition from off to on. Keep the ignition on for at least three seconds, but no more than 10 seconds.Turn the ignition off and remove the first coded key from the ignition. After three seconds, but within ten seconds of turning off the ignition, insert the second previously coded key.Turn the ignition from off to on. Keep the ignition on for at least three seconds, but no more than 10 seconds.Turn the ignition off and remove the second previously programmed coded key. After three seconds, but within 20 seconds of turning the ignition off and removing the previously coded key, insert the new unprogrammed key.Turn the ignition from off to on. Keep the ignition on for at least six seconds.Remove the newly programmed coded key.If the new integrated keyhead transmitter key has been successfully programmed, it will start the vehicle’s engine and operate the Remote Keyless Entry System. If programming was not successful, wait 10 seconds and repeat Steps 1 through 9. If you are still unsuccessful, take your vehicle to your authorized Dealer.

2015 Ford Fiesta. Works great
I only had one key for a 2015 Ford Fiesta so I bought this to make a second key.I had a service cut the key then I programmed the door lock unlock function easily enough. For the immobilizer, I recently purchased a scan tool that was capable of programming it to the car. This was the test case and was successful.

Sensitive But Works
Most sensitive key fob on the market. Put it in your pocket and you’ll unlock/lock & set off the panic button all day long. Had it for over a year and it works great but the panic alarm and locking/unlocking from my pocket is frustrating.

Great Product!
I bought this replacement key fob for my Ford Fiesta. It’s just the fob and it needs to be programmed before you can use it. The key fob cost $12.95 and my locksmith programmed it for $75.00! I also bought a silicone cover so I don’t wear out my buttons with my nails!!! All in all, compared to what some companies charge for a new fob, this option was totally worth it!
