Apollo delivers gentle, soothing vibrations (we call them 'Vibes') to support your body's stress response by balancing your nervous system to help lower stress and improve sleep. Consistent use is key! We recommend 3 hrs per day, 5 days per week.

What level of vibration intensity should I use with Apollo Vibes when first starting out?

Start low and go slow! Apollo works best when vibrations ('Vibes') feel gentle, comfortable and aren’t distracting. Higher intensity doesn't mean more effectiveness. Vibes are designed to fade into the background, barely noticed after a few minutes.

How long does the battery last, and how often will I need to charge Apollo?

With regular use, you'll find the need to recharge it approximately every 2-3 days or after 6-8 hours of use. PLEASE NOTE: Do not drain battery level to 0% before charging it. Doing so repeatedly will result in a shorter lifespan of the battery.

How do I maximize battery life with a full charge?

The best way to get a long life out of a single, full battery charge is to be very intentional with using your device. Your Apollo's effects will start working within 2–10 minutes and will last anywhere from 30 minutes–2 hours after use.
