AUKEY LED Floor Lamp, Eye-Care Touch Lamp with Stepless Dimming and Flexible Gooseneck, Natural White Lighting for Relaxing, Reading and Craft Work

My family prefer the lounge light off in the evenings which is a pain if you want to text, tweet or read and only have the light of the screen or tv to illuminate the keyboard to find the # key! This is a great solution to avoid claims of being blinded should the main lights go on. It’s also quite flexible too and is thankfully operated from the top of the lamp rather than some fiddly button(s) halfway down the wire or near the base.

I live in a student house, and most things are quite old including the light in our living room which we can’t change. It’s always been very dim and dull in there but since buying the AUKEY floor lamp, everything has changed. The lamp is very bright and can lighten up the whole room despite its smaller size! The design of the lamp is slick, easy and the flexible top part of the lamp allows us to place focus on parts of the room (like the table if we’re all doing work!) it took about 7 minutes to assemble which in a house full of girls, we was very grateful about and is easily portable to move around slightly. my housemates and I love this lamp and heavily recommend!

This item was easy to assemble, requiring no tools or expertise. The lamp is simple to operate and the intensity varies from reasonably low to bright enough to illuminate a desk. I have white keyboard so I point the lamp upwards and the light reflects off my ceiling onto the desk to give a no-glare, even illumination. Light also remembers last intensity setting which is nice. It would be nice if the stand was height-adjustable.

This is the second lamp I have ordered from AUKEY the previous lamp was the LED Floor Lamp Dimmable 6.5W and works great if you need a gentle light in the corner of a room. This lamp is very powerful and brighter and is amazing for lighting up my desk and workbench if I am working late. Very easy to get up took less than 5 minutes and came quickly.

Perfect for my needs doubling as a reading lamp behind an armchair and also lighting a bookcase in a rather dim alcove. I can now read the labels of my CD collection even in the evening without needing to put the overhead lights on.Purchasers should be aware that this had a non-replaceable light source with an LED lifespan of 50,000 hours. The bulb will undoubtedly outlive me but if damaged then the whole lamp will need replacing. Probably not a good idea in a place filled with boisterous children or dogs.

It does the job, but, it's cheap for a reason. The thread on one of the tubes did not fit together, so it sags in the middle now. The base was on the wrong way. Not worth the money.

I wanted a slim modern light for by the side of my bed rather than a table lamp style one. This one more than fits the bill. In a Matt black finish and small square base it fits by the side of my bed nicely. Easy to plug into its adapter and easy to use the end of the tip of it has the on/off function along with dimming.Perfect for me as I can angle it so easily for reading. Like the fact it’s easy to move about for cleaning near. Such a great light that hardly takes up any space at all. Not overpowering like some can be. It does come in a small box and to put together almost like a foldable walking stick with the cord down the middle. To get an idea of size the pole is about the same size as that of a bedroom curtain rail made of metal so not chunky thick at all. All the bits fitted together fine, no foot switch or any down the cable as on the tip of light and even that’s not bulky but built into the design of it. Another really nice touch is the dimmable function so if wanting slightly brighter for any need can be done.

Nice simple light, easy on off at end of light and very adjustable. Took me a while to realise that the plastic gromits were just for protection, might need some better instructions for men! Other than that it was easy. Ladies would take half the time it took me.
