I always try to use bottled water to keep my Citi-Z nespresso going. Lately it has been running fine at first but then it just drips. I ran this descaling solution and it has improved. Make sure you have a very large cup to run the cleaning cycle. I added the solution to the tank. Then I press both buttons for 15 seconds until they both blink. Then the lungo button and it will empty out the tank completely. It will be pretty hot. Then take that hot solution and pour it back in the tank. Go to the cleaning cycle once again. Rinse out the tank. Add clear clean water and run it again to rinse. It says to do this once but I always rinse it out twice both times with fresh water. Descaling helps tremendously but also the kind of pod you use can have a lot to do with the performance. I find that the original nespresso pods and the starbucks ones work best.

This Nespresso descaling solution looks exactly like the solution I buy directly from Nespresso. It seems to work the same way, as well!I have no complaints and I will order this again.I hope you found my review helpful!!

For what it is and what it does seems kind of expensive for a rinse through descaler. Didn’t notice any difference in taste of coffee. I’ve had machine for a year and never descaled it before. I guess you’re basically paying for the name brand

With the price of espresso makers these days, I try to always keep up on maintenance on them to extend their life. I ordered the BRODYS compatible with Nespresso Descaling Solution to descale my machine every 6 months as recommended by the manufacturer. Because this comes with two packets, this should last me a year. These are easy to use following my espresso maker's manual, and I found no weird taste afterwards. These are great for maintaining my espresso machine and keeping it in prime working condition.

this is an off brand Nespresso cleaner; Easy to use. I followed the instructions and I was able to clean out my Nespresso machine. Good value for my Nespresso!
