System Dynamics

This was my first experience purchasing anything from amazon, i need to obtain a textbook for a college class, however the professor never told the school bookstore which book he intended to use, so it return the bookstore never ordered them. A friend recommended i try amazon, luring me with things such as extremely cheap shipping costs, and lower costs of products. I reluctantly followed his advise, and don't regret trusting him at all. Not only did i pay i pay much less money than if i had bought it from the school books store, it was at my doorstep within 3 business days. What was even more shocking was the fact we had a huge snow storm within that time and most of my state closed for 1-2 days depending on how badly their business was effected by the weather, and yet the package still arrived exactly when promised. I highly recommend using amazon, and further more you can definitely expect that i will be buying the rest of my school books exclusively from Amazon.com in the future since i will likely save at least a few hundred dollars. I have not tried the other services offered by the site but with the level of service i received on this transaction, i am inclined to take a chance with some of the other services. I assume i will receive the same level of service that i have received on this transaction on future transaction, and will be recommending this site to classmates and other students at both my school and the friends i have attending other school in the area.thank you amazon for saving me almost $100 on just one of my books for this semster, your site is highly recommended in my eyes.

As my professor said, this is a classic book that's been used for a while. It really shows in the sense that it covers everything you really need. It gives a ton of examples, walkthroughs of problems, and even more practice provblems to challenge your understanding. It's the go-to book for understanding Dynamic Systems and modeling in my opinion.

Book arrived in good quality and all, but since I'm forced to teach myself system dynamics due to a professor who makes no sense, I wish we had a different book. The book makes just a bit more sense than my professor and has not of yet proven to be a very useful tool beyond a few homework problems (which I had to go elsewhere to verify I was doing them correctly.)

I was very satisfied with the condition of this book. Even though it was techniquely used it was in very good condition and even had some not pages left in the book that I am curious to learn about. I would reccomend this seller again because the book came within 3 days of ordering.

Best System Dynamics book I have ever encountered. I would recommend it and it is full of great stuff and because it is old some of the wording makes me smile. "An impulsive force whose strength is unity." :)

It covers important principles. It's good for control engineering and mechatronic engineering.

Except for the LaPlace transformations, I still have no idea what this book is about. A combination of a book I had a very tough time reading and an instructor that refused to take the time to answer questions.

Tough subject , outstanding book and not difficult to read unlike Mechanics of Machines
