BitFenix Prodigy M Micro-ATX Case - Red

This case is good quality and fairly simple to build in.My only gripe with it is fitting your HDD onto the HDD Drive Bay plate on the side of the case, it seemed I wasn't given any screws that actually fit around the hole enough to secure the HDD in place so I had to do a makeshift screw and rubber washer to hold it in place but it isn't as secure as I'd like it.If you are looking for a small portable case, this is probably your best bet.

What can I say, everything about this case is great I think this case is the smallest I can go as a gamer enthusiast. Anything smaller and it would be impossible to get anything in.I did a lot of research before buying this case and I'm glad I bought this one.

I imagined the construction to be full metal, but it was very deceptive. The carry handles are made of plastic and very cheap feeling.As you should be aware, building in an MATX Case already has its difficulties. However, this case may push you over your comfort zone and give you headaches. When installing graphics cards, especially full-length 330mm, the issue is not really clearance with the power supply with me, it was due to the PCI slot cover. The PCI Cover has this metal bracing that makes it almost impossible to easily change out video cards. You cannot just slight it in as your DVI or VGA ports will just hit against the metal "cage" bracing that Bitfenix used for this. The only way around it is to install the graphics card backward, with the I/O being fit first and then hope and pray that pushing down the GPU doesn't break anything on your motherboard.I personally recommend using a non-modular PSU if you are using a full sized GPU - 330mmHowever, if you use something smaller like a 250mm GPU you can use a fully modular PSU and you shall have no issue with clearance.Cable management is "non-existent" the best you can do is tuck them behind the PSU or maybe hide them in the CD Drive Bay.The amount of space you have is really surprising, though. It is by no means extremely small. Therefore, you can install a full sized CPU Cooler if need be, or water cooling.One thing you must remember when buying a motherboard is, check how many "Fan headers" you have if you don't ... you may have just screwed yourself. I personally did not check therefore I had 1 fan unused.In terms of building, the two main problems were the PSU and GPU, for me.The PSU was a problem because of that extension cable. I wanted it to intake air from the front ... but the cable was too short or couldn't manage that sharp of an angle, that I had to do intake from the case rather than the front.For the price of £65, it is "okay" at best.It is not the best value for money, however, if you like the color and the form factor and don't mind some slight annoyances then this case may be the one for you.​If you can score this case for around £40-£50 it would be a much easier purchase to makeUpgradability of components in future should not be a problem, apart from GPU Installation. One fix is to saw off that PCI Metal cage.

great case, bit of a tight fit ok if you know what you're doing

Très bon boitier ressemblant fortement à une marque connu mais en moins haut et surtout en différentes couleurs. J'ai la version avec alimentation devant et carte mère à la verticale. Parfait avec une vitre en plexiglas (en option, dispo sur Amazon bien sûr). Le panneau ou se trouve les prises usb et l'allumage peut se mettre de l'autre côté. Plus joli visuellement pour ceux qui ont une vitre plexi, car moins de câbles qui traversent le boitier. Je recommanderais une carte mini ITX pour avoir un peu plus de possibilité de ranger ses câbles correctement. En parlant de ça, une étoile en moins pour le câble management qui est problématique car peu de place à l'arrière. Préférez une alimentation modulaire car vous n'utiliserez que les câbles nécessaires. Hormis ce soucis de place pour les câbles, aucun pour les différents éléments. Pour vous donner une idée, je lui ai mis une carte mère mini ITX MSI z170i pro gaming ac, une MSI GTX 1060 6G qui fait 27 cm et qui rentre sans problème. J'ai commandé une alimentation modulaire Seasonic de 520W qui fait 16 cm de haut. Tout ça rentre facilement. Evitez la baie pour lecteur DVD car ça boucherait un des ventilateurs de la carte graphique. Bref, je suis très content de ce boitier qui n'est pas imposant et qui peut se transporter facilement.

Eines möchte ich vorweg schicken: Es ist bereits das zweite Gehäuse von BitFenix. Nachdem ich bereits ein schwarzes PC-Gehäuse mit einem Windows PC bestückt habe und ich davon sehr positiv überrascht war, baute ich auch den neu zu erstellenden Linux-Rechner in ein solches Case.Da ich durchaus einmal eine andere Farbe als schwarz haben wollte, kam ich auf dieses rote PC-Gehäuse. Als es schließlich nach kurzer Lieferzeit ankam, machte ich den Karton auf und war ehrlicherweise zunächst etwas schockiert. Die Farbe, die mich da anlachte, war schon irgendwie grell und ich war nahe dran, den Karton wieder zu schließen und alles wieder zurück zu senden. Das habe ich dann aber glücklicherweise doch nicht gemacht und auch nicht bereut.Bereits von meinem ersten Gehäuse habe ich das Platzangebot und die vielen Möglichkeiten zur Anordnung der Lüfter zu schätzen gelernt. In das Case ist ein mATX-Motherboard von Asus montiert, auf dem ein Intel i5 mit serienmäßigem Lüfter sitzt. Dazu habe ich eine SSD für das Betriebssystem und eine normale 3,5" Festplatte für Daten eingebaut. Statt eines DVD-Laufwerks ist in diesen Einschub ein Panel mit verschiedenen USB- und Fire-Wire-Anschlüssen und Card-Readern eingebaut. Alles funktioniert tadellos und Dank der luftigen Ausführung des Gehäuses hat es noch nie irgendein Temperaturproblem gegeben.Was auf den ersten Blick vielleicht ein wenig irritiert sind die Füsse des Gehäuses. An der Ober- und Unterseite sind hierfür Kunststoffbügel angebracht. Die oberen könnten als Griff dienen, die unteren sind als Füße gedacht. Diese Bügel machen einen irgendwie labilen Eindruck, ist aber bei den Füßen wohl durchaus so gedacht, denn dadurch steht das Case praktisch elastisch und tauscht kaum Schwingungen mit der Umgebung aus. Die oberen Bügel habe ich allerdings noch nie als Griff benutzt (lieber nicht bei dem Gesamtgewicht).Gelegentlich reinige ich den PC vom Staub, der sich natürlich immer mal wieder ins Gehäuse schleicht. Aber auch dies lässt sich sehr gut bewerkstelligen, da es so viele Klappen rundherum gibt, dass man alles auch mit dem Staubsauger gut erreichen kann.Und die Farbe Rot ? Daran habe ich mich nicht nur gewöhnt - mir gefällt das mittlerweile super gut.

PRO:I materiali sono eccellenti.Le maniglie in plastica rendono comodo il trasporto del case.CONTRO:Lo spazio per montare i componenti all'interno del case è ridotto e questo rende difficile l'assemblaggio.Se collegate un masterizzatore perderete la possibilità di collegare i vari connettori in alto a sinistra della scheda madre.

Tout est rentré, mais juste juste, surtout le radiateur du refroidissement liquide Corsair CW-9060025-WW Hydro Series H100i V2 240mmSinon, il me plait bien, juste ça aurait été bien de pouvoir choisir l'emplacement des usb sur le coté (elles sont pile à l'endroit ou ma chaise vient taper dedans, dommage :( )
