Unclear instructions.
The instructions aren’t clear which I thought you screw the screws into the holes provided but I was wrong. It caused me to break the rack holders.

Defective bottom 'washer'. Fix that and this is pretty great.
There's a metal ring that goes between the bottom piece with the wheels on it and the nut that secures the bottom bar onto it. The ring that I got was open crookedly instead of a circle of metal. I put this together without clamping it closed and this was wobbly, wobbly, wobbly. So, I clamped it closed, slidit back on, and reinstalled the bolt. It's much sturdier now. This isn't meant to be rolled across a room as a zoom-zoom item. It's lightweight and the wheels should be locked once you have merch on it.Assembly was easy as pie, except for that metal ring. It went up in about three minutes, and that was just turning the little clamping screws and turning the plastic pieces to hold the pronged-pieces steady. The levels of those pieces can be adjusted up or down. There's a little circle of metal that goes on top to move this around, I guess. I just hold the middle pole to move it.Most displays like this have round 'shelves' on it, so I like the square look. It's different. This holds a lot of lightweight items. I'm using it as overflow 'storage' for keychains and jewelry for my shows/craft fairs. So, when someone wants something on display, I can reach back and grab one, prebagged, ready to go. I like it for how many prongs that it has and how tall it is. I can have everything that I need out in the open, right at hand, easy to find. No more sorting through bins. This will also save on me having to store bins under my tables, which will declutter behind the table. Last festival, the new organizers created spacing issues because they overestimated the space vs how many booths could actually fit there, which they then put on us vendors by smashing the vending spaces all together, leaving no pathways between and cutting down on our sale spaces (we were supposed to have corner booths). It was a crapshow day-of and the inside of my booth was so cluttered. We were tripping over everything and each other but needed to have all the stuff to sell it. This is a good solution for fixing a problem like that and just a good solution for putting out tons of merch to expose it to the customer.I'm pretty happy with this with that one metal ring fixed. I'd buy again if I needed one. I think this will hold up for a long time. I'd recommend if you want to store a lot of lightweight stuff, like scarves or jewelry in a small space, or if you want to display a lot of merch in a small space. For storage, it works perfectly for me.

OK-ish
I got this for crafting events. Goes together easy enough. But its all just a bit wobbly. Both the main center bars and the spinners just wobble. Just a bit of weight hanging on one side and no counter on the other side it can really look lopsided. Could never use it at an outdoor event without building a base of sorts. Inside events it would be better but still with the above issues...iffy. I went 4 stars because it does work as described. But it was very close to the 3. I might play around with it and see if I can sturdy it up some, but for mow it is being used as a supply hanger next to my work benches. Again I have to balance out each side but it is doing ok for that. Will update if needed.

Wobbles
I got the retail spinning display rack to take with me when I am vending at arts and craft markets. I love the portability of the 4 tier metal display rack. The rack spins and rolls. The height is 61 inches, and the base is 17 inches. I thought the size of the base would provide sufficient stability. Unfortunately, it does not. In addition, the entire display is wobbly. I do not trust the display to stay balanced, therefore, I will not be using it at markets.

Easy assembly. Base could be wider. Turns nice.
Assembly takes about twenty minutes. Directions are easy to follow. Nice finish. Easy to adjust for future reset. It stands well and displays a lot without wobble unless you only put items on one side.Over all, very pleased.
