Helpful resource
This book contains easy-to-follow exercises to boost strength and flexibility. The book contains two parts, where the first part covers wall pilates exercises, and the second part covers chair exercises. The books cover lots of content, explaining the benefits of the exercises, safety guidelines and precautions, and warm-up routines, which I found very useful. The book also covers basic and advanced exercises for strength, flexibility, and balance. There are also chapters covering mindfulness, health, and lifestyle, which tie it all together. The book also includes photos to accompany the exercises, making them easy to follow - highly recommended if you want to implement some exercises you can do at home.

The inclusion of chair exercises and wall pilates makes it not only suitable for seniors aiming to maintain their mobility but also for younger individuals looking for convenient workout solutions. What sets this book apart is its well-researched content presented in a clear and engaging manner. The author's expertise shines through, making the exercises easy to understand and follow. A well-written treasure trove of practical exercises!

Too Generic
Have worked in the fitness industry since 1989 at the highest level, and ironically now a 'senior' myself. Hence was somewhat disappointed by this book in that it easily could have been generated by AI. Don't be fooled by all the references, I would look instead for a Pilates expert who has devoted at least a decade of their life to both the discipline and in getting real world results with clients both young and old. Some exercises offered were not appropriate for seniors or allowed for differences in ability.
