Seen, Loved and Heard: A Guided Journal for Feeding the Soul

This was a great purchase. I am a fan of Auntie Tab and was very excited to get this books. It’s very colorful and someone who is not big on journal type of books, this one kept me engaged and wanting to keep going.

This book is very well written. It’s very interesting and informative.

Beautifully written. I couldn't wait to dig in. You could hear Tab speaking to your spirit in her voice. It's definitely something to reflect on monthly. Beautiful color and pages to write on for personal use.

Very useful and good to write

I absolutely love this journal. If you are on a journey of self healing, self care and finding purpose it is the journal for you. As a Therapist, I have given similar activities to clients as in the journal. So, this was a wonderful surprise. I love the layout of the journal and it is beautiful to the eye too.

I wasn't familiar with Tabitha Brown until I bought this journal. I must say that I really like her and her style of talking to the readers. The journal is helpful, so much so that I bought her book and the accompanying workbook.

I love the way Tab talks in this journal. It's not boring and keeps you engaged. I even bought my boyfriend one I like it so much. It's thought provoking and feel-good all at the same time.
