When we bought this unit to cover a larger area of our business than the pilot area, we assumed it was just a larger version of the smaller models. Three things make this model worse:(1) There is no way to open the unit from the front to change the canister; you have to completely unmount the unit from the wall and take it down (which is a pain if it's mounted above a drop ceiling), and then poke at the canister with your fingers to get it unscrewed, because the rear access panel is almost impossible for anyone with adult-size hands to reach into.(2) After the first 60 seconds of operation, the front control console goes completely inactive and insensate; you can't see what it's doing or interact with the buttons ever again until you unplug the unit and then plug it back in. I confirmed this fact with support and they said this is as designed. I can't imagine anyone designing it that way.(3) There doesn't seem to be any way to control the output level of the device for each of the active periods independently; there just seems to be one overall output level. We wanted it to output more during busier hours of business and less during quieter times of business, but it doesn't seem to do that.For the amount of money this thing costs, I am sorely disappointed at these inadequacies.

I bought two of these units. One for myself and one as a gift. I can honestly say I have major buyers remorse. This product its terrible.* The canister is a pain to change and something we dread doing.* You have to unplug and replug in the unit to make any adjustments.* Getting it to a level or schedule you want is near impossible and frustrating as heck.I gave this product 2 stars, because the scents they make are fantastic, even if very over priced.Do yourself a favor, and buy one of the smart home ones that will sync with each other and let you adjust from your phone. For the price of this junk, you can buy a smart one and enough scents to last you a year. Not worth it.

Great product, confusing to program and set up, but its a workhorse in our spa for 2 years and going strong

Right as we bought it, it was broken, no fragrance. We contacted them, but they never pick up, give us an answer, or help us fix it. It’s been 2 years and the oil container is still full. Now we don’t know if we should just throw it out.

Great product. Works extremly well and the compnay is very helpful with questions I had concerning picking the correct fragrence. We will use this again at our other locations!

I like the way I can fill around 1000 m2 of space in a couple of seconds.

I have bought a couple of these for my house and have them hooked into my HVAC. I also have the smaller one for in the house. I have had to replace them after a few years because they stop producing scent. I have taken them apart and blowen them out with compressed air, everything seems to be open, but yet they don't product sent any longer. I'm very upset because I have about $2,500 in diffusers but they stop working.

There are other diffuser on Amazon that are more than 50% cheaper, this one does not worth the price premium, as well as they are selling their "oil" as if it was gold.
