When the unit arrived first it doesn't say keyless option. The unit says pair my key. I downloaded the app and followed the steps. The app displayed the message that the unit is assigned to another account. I contacted the seller and they only said to contact the manufacturer to resolve any technical issues. That's the only answer I've received. The seller's contact links on their profile page do not work. The number is disconnected and I cannot reach their website.

I have a 2022 nissan frontier. the first time the program worked fine till the end and something happened. i was left with no key fob working.and was upset, i could not start truck at all... the next morning I called tech and he had me do it again, with a few extra steps , a wifi was causing a glitch in system. i rebooted phone and went thru with tech and now i have 2 key fob working, instead of one.so with a little tech help i got my second key fob to work

In the item description says it works with altima,after trying to program my new key fob and wait for like 25 min, called support and they told me this product doesn't support altima models and they don't sell their product in amazon or ebay, people are re-selling their product with the wrong info

This is the best device to program a remote for a smart key. Used on a 2014 Toyota 4Runner and from start to finish was maybe 10 minutes. The app is simple to use and if something goes wrong you can call customer service quickly. Highly recommend.

This product was a complete waste of money and time, the item doesn't program the key fob and it doesn't do all the year of the model vehicle when you input the vin number. Very disappointed in this product and I will never purchase this from Amazon ever again

I went to go use this product for my new key and it was compatible with my 2017 ram Laramie 2500. Just assumed that I have no problem programming the key considering that I needed to program it and this product was supposed to take care of it only to find out that it only does a key ignition and not a keyless. So I called the manufacturer and they told me that they were working on it and if I wanted to send it back that’s fine unless I wanted to wait a month to two months to see if it would work, so that’s what I’m gonna do because I really like to have a second key for my truck and I don’t want to pay a dealership For a programming fee

The phone sees the device in the Bluetooth list, but the app says the dongle cannot be found and will not pair with it.Read the Terms and Conditions CAREFULLY! After you install their app, they will use your unique ID and info for advertising purposes. They do not have to tell you what they shared or for what purpose. You get only 2 programmings with this dongle, then you would need to purchase more programmings from the manufacturer.

Worked perfect for my Toyota and my Dodge. Little disappointed that it only has 2 free uses. Additional uses are $10 a piece, which is still cheaper than a lock smith. Extremely easy to use, just plug it in and follow the directions on the app. Definitely recommend for the do-it-yourself mechanic or even someone just looking to save some money.
