Very happy with this scale! I've been on my weight-loss journey for awhile, and I've gotten to the point that I need to measure body fat percentage. Normally, I'd have to sign up for a fitness assessment at the gym to use their EXPENSIVE Inbody machine for a scan. However, I figured I'd give the at home scales a try. According to my research these at-home scales have about a 5-10% margin of error, compared to about 2% for an Inbody machine. However, the Inbody machine is literally thousands of dollars and this is $30, so I'm very happy with the level of accuracy. The scale itself is very nice, has a sleek well-made feel. I'm very happy that the weight-limit is 400 lbs, as a bigger guy it's nice to know it's sturdy. The scale has a QR code/instructions on it so you can download the app. The app worked fine, and I was frankly shocked at how much data this scale collects, not just weight, and total fat, but also visceral fat percentage vs subcutaneous fat percentage, skeletal muscle mass, BMR, and more. My only gribe (and I know it's nitpicky) is that the app asks for your height and target weight in metric instead of imperial units. After that initial setup you can change to imperial units in the settings, but it would have been nice to have the option from the get go. Other than that, I'm blown away at the quality and value you get in this scale for just $30. Easily a 5-star purchase for me.
