This was an excellent refurbished tablet in better shape than expected. The only reason I rated Down one star is because the charger that was sent, was a usb typ c charger from HP, and this model does not support usb c charging. But after going on Amazon and getting correct charger for 14.99, this was still a great buy. Also received earlier than expected. Very happy.

The fingerprint reader is not working, I don't know if I need to do something to activate it, and it has a couple of aesthetic details, however, the laptop has been working properly in the week that I've been using it, and it is upgradable to Win 11 Pro. Great experience so far 👍🏽

Got this to replace my work laptop and it is exactly as advertised and what I was looking for. Touch screen and yoga capabilities work perfectly and the system is running effortlessly.

I understand it's a refurbished model however the casing around one of the hinges is badly cracked / damaged. Not a huge deal but this laptop uses the hinges to turn into a tablet so a lot of pressure in the hinges...will most likely continue to break more and more from existing damage.Nearly all of the screws on the bottom of the laptop were loose (I discovered this after one of them randomly fell out....).The left half of the "touch" screen is not functional (as in does not respond to touch input).The description for this model states it comes with 16GB of memory however there is only 8GB (I ended up ordering a second unit to see if it came with less defects, the second unit also only has 8GB of ram).Also came with a power supply which used an older style barrel connector that they threw an adapter on to make it USBC....feels / looks super janky. Due to the weight of the adapter on the power chord you can see the USBC connector bending when plugged in.As expected with a refurbished unit there is also a good amount of wear all over the body of the laptop (see pics of side of laptop where paint is chipped missing). This is not impacting performance obviously but did want to call it out.Would recommend against buying a refurbished / renewed model like this unfortunately.

Most people don't Neff m need the power of the latest chips. This has a 10th gen i5, which is plenty for web browsing, videos and music. The computer is sleek, light, beautiful and had long battery life. It's a fantastic value

Laptop came in a bubble wrap sleeve tossed into an oversized box. No other protection. Power supply tossed in next to bubble sleeve. Screen has 2 small bright spots near center. Laptop looked like no attempt to clean it was made. Fingerprint sensor not working, doesn't even show up in Device Manager. All attempts to get it working have failed.

This machine is labeled X1 Yoga, which means it should be touchscreen as ALL X1 Yoga's are touch screen, yet this supposedly refurbished / tested laptop arrived with a screen that is NOT touchscreen!

The item i received have too many scuff and use signs on cover (a very large scratch all over the top cover) also, the screen have a lot of white spots, thanks god no dead pixels, but still very uncomfortable on white or light colored screens. The fingerprint scanner is not working at all, not even recognized by the device manager.

Tristemente no puedo pasar de la pantalla de inicio y la batería no dura mas que 5 min aun que lo deje cargando , estaba muy emocionado por usarla y la tuve que regresar , esta en proceso de rembolso espero que no sea problema

Increíble que a pesar de ser un modelo viejo, es bastante rápida y práctica, compraría otras dos de repuesto por ese precio
