I came back to write this review because when do you order a toy and you are actually impressed with how much you get AND the quality of everything for a low price? Never, basically. This toy was WAY bigger than I thought it would be, and the designers tapped into everything a young kid loves: dinosaurs, robots, slime, kinetic sand, finding stuff and putting it all together. And it’s surprisingly good quality. Other than being messy (I put down a huge piece of cardboard for him to work on) this toy is great. And all this for only $20. It is giftable, as long as you apologize to the parents and warn them about it being messy. I can’t picture a kid that wouldn’t love this.

This toy is a good experience for my eight-year-old grandchild. It is cool and realistic and a great value, considering there are 12 pieces and a variety of things to do to find the parts. It is so much fun to unpack and once discovered in slime, sand or rock , fairly easy to assemble. It is a challenge to find each piece and can be messy, but worth the fossil find. The egg that it comes in is large and good for storage.

This is a super cute gift idea for any young boy. Firstly, this egg is HUGE. My nephew loved opening, retrieving the parts from the rock and slime, and building it. It's not difficult to break the rock, it's like chalk, which is nice so my nephew could do it himself. The slime feels wet, and the foam is like kinetic sand, which breaks apart easily, but both are fun to play with! It's easy to assemble, it makes dino sounds and the eyes light up! Highly recommend to any dino loving kiddos.

I was surprised at the size of this thing! Very giftable as it has that wow factor and is very affordable. Fun how you collect pieces from each bag to put together in the end. Well thought out set.

We got the Robo Alive Mega Dino Fossil Find for our son and he had a blast going through everything inside. He enjoyed the slime, sand, the fossils, and especially building the T-Rex! The T-Rex also lights up and makes a roaring noise which is a plus. Very great product as it is interactive and informative! Hope to get my son more of these in the future!

My kid loved this so much. I didn't realize it let you retrieve bones from such a wide variety of mediums. I'll probably buy it again just because of that.It made such an awful mess. And the shell is sturdy enough it feels like you should keep it but difficult to put back together.

My 10 year old son loved this! The egg is really big and it was so much fun for him to open. He loved the different materials inside to find pieces in. We did it part of this outside because it was a bit messy but that was part of the fun! When you find all the pieces you get to build the dino. This is a great gift idea for dinosaur lovers or kids who like to build things!

Es un juguete que no solo a los niños les va a encantar, tiene una excelente construcción y entretienen demasiado, es ideal para compartir un momento en familia mientes se descubren las piezas y se arma el esqueleto del dinosaurio. Un gran regalo.

Preso per mio figlio che è appassionato di dinosauri e fossili, davvero bellissimo! L'ho comprato con un super sconto, all'interno ci sono diversi sacchettini nei quali si trovano slime+pezzi dello scheletro o sabbia cinetica+scheletro, inoltre c'è da scavare per ritrovare lo scheletro della testa. Alla fine si compone lo scheletro intero, e tirando giù la coda si illumina di rosso la pancia e riproduce il verso del dinosauro. Mio figlio ha apprezzato moltissimo!
