CanDo Jumbo Round Foam Roller, 8 x 36 Inch

This is a great size but the foam roller arrived curved. It is not cylindrical in shape bwcause of the curve. But still can work for some physical therapy.

My lady got me this and I love it. I'm 6'1", 180 lbs and this is the perfect roller for me. I've tried using other rollers, some smaller, some plastic with a more rigid surface, some with little nubs, but this simple foam roller is the best for me

They are VERY firm and designed as health and beauty body rollers, but I am using them as bolster pillow inserts for my outdoor hanging bed. They are the perfect size for the ends of a twin mattress.

Doing restorative exercises on a bum leg....this along the outer thigh, AVOIDING the trochanter at the top, does the trick after other stretches and before walking. Take it easy. Can hurt "in that good way."

The item is far less than the described diameter. If you want an eight inch roll, look elsewhere this one is only 7.4 inches, barely as good as the 6 inch and much more expensive. Tremendously difficulty with return process and seller.

Love the 8 inch size - works so much better than the typically found 6 inch roller.
