For when you have an always-on light bulb socket without a switch or pull chain, this was the perfect solution.... (I moved into a renovated house with a couple of head scratcher closet lighting issues. The prior owner had installed some "as-seen-on-tv" crap that did not work and ate up batteries. I replaced the junk with this and it works great - plain and simple.)

Very easy solution to get rid of old pull strings in all my closets. They all work great!

Works great! Love the timer option too. The only issue is that the adaptor stick out pretty far especially with the light bulb installed

Although sold as a set of 2, only received one socket/remote. Unable to test functionality because slot for inserting battery into remote is far too small for a AAA battery. Not sure how this could have worked for other U.S. buyers. Returned for refund.

I bought these for my closet lights after the pull string broke. I was fed up and wanted a switch. The sensor was easy to install, and when I put (2) AAA batteries in the remote and hit the power button, the light came on. I really like the timer on the remote, I set it to 15 minutes, get what I need, and walk away, knowing that the light will go off automatically. I would purchase this again!!

It’s really easy to install lights with switch quickly without lengthy wiring works. Just plug and play. Used one of 2 and so far all good.

These work but they're huge. It will only work in large lamps with tall shades. The adapter is about as tall as a bulb
