It looks like this same looper is offered under a few different brand names - same specs and knob/display layout, they just differ in the faceplate aesthetics.I got the "STRICH" brand mainly because I liked the industrial look of the black faceplate.If money is tight and you don't care about the look, then yeah, Amazon has a few different listings for this same looper branded under different names, and if you keep your eye out, you can save a good chunk when one goes on 'sale' or has a coupon offering.Anyway, I love this looper - It's stereo capable, so aside from guitar, you can also capture anything with a stereo output (synths, drum machines, etc).It runs on a standard 9 volt power pedal adapter (NO battery option), and the adapter is NOT included. It bums a lot of newbies out, but it's standard practice for pedal manufacturers to not include a power adapter.The construction feels pretty solid, though I will be giving the two upper knobs a good workout, so we'll see how well they hold up.The little display is crisp, colorful, and intuitive.You get forty 4 minute maximum recording slots. Personally, I would have rather had fewer slots with longer recording times, but it is what it is for a budget looper - 4 minutes maximum per slot.For practice, the drum feature is actually pretty nice - they included a bunch of different different styles of drum grooves AND several handy metronome options that sound (mostly) decent.Cooler still is that some of the grooves (and metronome beats) are presented in different time signatures, so if you want to experiment in something other than 4/4, you've got some options here.I was able to figure out much of this unit's operation without referring to the manual - it's really pretty easy to operate.Sound-wise, my test loops have been excellent. It's 24 bit - excellent fidelity for my needs, and infinite overdubbing is a blast.I don't plan on messing with the software - I've heard mixed opinions. The loops are stored in memory when the unit is turned off, so If I want to keep anything, I'll just archive it to a recorder hooked to my mixer.Great little budget looper pedal for most any musician, IMHOP. :)

This is basically the same drum machine/looper as the Donor, Lekato, Flamma and Mooer at a lower price. It comes with basic instructions, a USB type C cable and sticky rubber feet to attack to the bottom. The only drawback is it doesn't come with a power supply, but for the money you save you can easily buy one on Amazon for a few dollars more. It has plenty of looper time, you can overlay looped tracks, plenty of drum style, drums can be added to the loops and there's downloadable software for editing, storing, wearing and adding in new songs or drum patterns. This is a well built unit and will go well with almost pedal board. It also runs in stereo or the signals can be split. Another nice thing is you can just simply run into a auxiliary input on any amp or effects processor and in won't interfere with your sound from your other effects.

Blown away for the features at this price point. It's a better looper than my jam man and it's like half the price. Drum machine rocks too. Being able to store 40 loops even after it's unplugged is aweasome.

I picked this up on a whim for practicing solos over chord changes, works great and a lot of fun!

It is also easy to use and is a great place to start if you’re curious about this type of gear. Just make sure to buy the power cord as it doesn’t come with one.

Positives: The looper portion works well and the price is lower than other loopers with comparable features. Otherwise this purchase was a mistake.I feel misled because the biggest selling point for me is (still) stated in the TITLE of the listing. Quote: "Support Software Editing." This is FALSE and misleading.The ONLY function of the software is to transfer recordings from the looper to a PC. There is absolutely no way to EDIT anything. Again, it's basically a graphic interface for copy and pasting files from the looper's internal memory to a PC. It literally does nothing else.So why does the top 5 star comment say the downloadable software can be used for editing drum patterns. This is absolutely not true. That comment and the title convinced me to purchase this product and now I feel misled.Furthermore, the drum aspect of this pedal is disappointing. The beats have heavy reverb on them that cannot be turned off. Lastly the kick sounds distorted through my studio monitors.Now I see there's a high return rate message on this page that wasn't there when I bought it. I didn't return this item because I didn't have the time to use it and explore its features during the return window.The misleading title should be changed immediately.Please STRICH give us updated software that allows us to EDIT as your listing clearly states. I'll update my review with positive remarks if this problem is addressed.
