The book Leading with Vulnerability was a very good read. It made me think about the differences between leading with arrogance and leading with Vulnerability. Before I didn't think most leaders lead being vulnerable. After reading this book, I realized that this is not always the case. The author made some very good points in this reading.The author did some great research and wrote this with a leader in mind. I loved the information. I never thought of vulnerability tapping into a super power. The author Jacob Morgan made me think differently after reading this book. I think it was an awesome read. I will remember some of the points as I lead my classes this next semester.I would definitely recommend this book to others who are leaders that I would know if given the chance. I kind of thought that when the CEO asked to pray for Continental Airlines was actually cool. I mean he wanted to save his company. I get why he prayed, now it may of not of been considered a success as a CEO, but the intentions were good. I believe that the Leader Vulnerability Equation is something good to think about when being in any type of Leadership.I would definitely give this a five star rating. I think the author did a marvelous job writing this book. It is something to look at for leaders to get closer to their teams they lead, and make a better connection with the people who work under them. I would definitely recommend this book. I hope to read more from the author.

The author looks business leaders and how sharing their vulnerability affected both personally and professionally by increasing the productivity at work front and becoming/being close to the family and the to the people working with him and for him like a family. The quote that I liked very much as follows -a vulnerable leader is a person who intentionally opens up to the potential of emotional harm while taking action to create positive outcome.
