The patella area is a HUGE plus. Refer to the picture I took - it has a comfortable layer of fabric between the patella and the opening. I've had a few others that simply matches the opening hole to my patella bone, and it scratches my skin easily. This is a small thing but works wonders for me personally. Love it!

I use this item during my jogging time. When I was young , I have no problem with my knees. Now I can use some helps with proper knee protection just like it. And it's actually very comfy , love it !
