The storage rack came well packed, no damage or scratches. Black coating was nicely done, very sturdy and well made. I dislike putting stuff together, but It only took me about 45 minutes to assemble and was actually pretty easy. Instructions were okay. Just a note to those assembling one, make sure you count the notches on the poles so you have enough room for the 7 shelves and they are evenly spaced. I counted about 10 notches to space each shelf. But you can customize and make them any way you want. Picture shows how much "stuff" I was able to pack on it.

Good quality but I disordered size

This product was as described. Measurements were accurate. The pieces that hold the shelves are plastic but based on the way this is assembled, I don’t think that will be an issue. I did notice one or two shelves (I got two units) were welded unevenly. Not a huge deal for our purposes and does not affect functionality but I did notice. Legs are adjustable to accommodate uneven flooring.

Fits the space perfectly.

Easy to assemble. Love these shelves. Have heavy cans and jugs of cleaning products in them. Comes with anti tip strap which I am not using at this time.

Good value for the money. Bought the shelves for my parents who really like them.

This product is not only smaller than seems on the picture( not that small ) but it is not sturdy at all , the legs wobble and does not hold together very wellI don’t need this falling over on me or my kidDefinitely returning

The pictures show a rectangular shelf, with hundreds of pounds on it. I got a square shelf with plastic, sliding clips.I would expect this of something in the $40-50 range for its size. The wires on some of the shelves are already bent downward, as if mine were used to benchmark the weight limit.In the installation guidebook, a rubber mallet is required. Where is this suggested in the pictures or description?If you've already bought it, measure things you want to shelve before you start assembling. If you haven't bought it yet, don't.
