Just what we needed for going from 3.5" to 2.5" drive
I used this product today when I replaced my Mom's 3.5" 1TB HDD with a 2TB SSD after cloning. The smaller SSD doesn't sit securely in the PC case without an adapter like this one. Here's what I like about it:1- It has ventilation holes to help with air flow around the SSD.2-It has 4 total screw holes for securing the adapter to the old HDD drive carriage. Only 2 of the 4 holes lined up with the old PC's carriage, but that was enough for our needs.3-It includes extra black screws to secure the drivers adapter to the carriage. I didn't use any screws, but they're nice to have on hand for future repairs or accidentally lost screws, if that happens.4-It includes a screwdriver with a magnetic tip for attaching screws without losing them easily. Almost helps like an extra hand to hold the screw in place while tightening it.5-There's even a bonus zipper case for holding the adapter, instructions, screws and screwdriver. It can be used for other purposes when you have used the adapter in a PC case. What I like slightly less:1-The adapter is made of durable plastic. Seems 3D printed. Not enough of a big deal to lose a rating star, though.2-The SATA connectors are pretty flush with the bottom of the adapter, so depending on your replacement drive dimensions, it might be tricky to align the connectors. My Samsung SSD fit perfectly, but I did have to reseat it and the cable connections once when the drive was not detected at first.Overall I am happy with this purchase and the product. It worked just like I hoped it would to help secure the 2.5" 2 TB SSD in place of the old 3.5" 1 TB HDD. It's a nice upgrade to Mom's PC, which runs like a new computer with the drive plus 32GB total RAM. Resolved the lagging issues the computer was having.

Works great
I used this for my 5 bay USB enclosure. Fits perfectly into it. Slides in and out just fine into hot swappable drive bay. I had another brand that didn't work well and was just a tad too big. But this one is just right. Seems decent enough quality too. Pretty tight tolerances and the SSD fits super snug into the connector, but that's probably a good thing.

High quality 2.5" to 3.5" adapter with mounting screws and a screwdriver included
This is a nice 2.5 to 3.5" adapter - it's solid and feels good in the hand. No worries that if you accidentally step on it that you'll break or bend it.Comes with a screwdriver and 8+ screws. I definitely would be again.

Excellent fit
I wasn't sure I was ordering the exact item I needed, but when it was unpacked I found this to be well made and it didn't have a sloppy fit for the drive or the internal mounting on the computer. Good purchase for my needs.

Works amazingly well, but 1 caveat
These hard drive caddies do the job well. However, there is one hang up, the wall with the SATA connections is high, so if you put a drive in there, it's HARD to get it out. You might need some fingernails or a plastic pry-bar in order to get the drive back out. Since you likely aren't swapping drives in and out all the time, that likely won't be an issue for you, but is something to note. Orico here on amazon has a drive caddy that has the back wall at half height, making it easier to pull the drive out if needed. So, if you expect to be swapping drives (that's likely only 1% of people here, but...who knows, thats a guess), I wouldn't recommend this one, go for the orico instead. They both keep the drives speed, and noise level low, so you don't need to worry about that part of things. It's easy to install as well. The holes line up right and such, which is what I would expect from a hard drive caddy, it's a standard these days.

Perfect Adapter for your 2.5" SSD! Fits Directly into the bay!
This is the exact tray you need to add a SATA SSD to your PC. It perfectly fits the drive and all of the screw holes line up!I added it to a bracket that was made for a standard 3.5" bay and it slid in with no issues. Connected to the built in SATA plug with total precision. The DecorStat is the BEST Adapter you can get if you need to adapt a 2.5" to a 3.5" bay or mount. There is another brand that is sold that doesn't fit the drive correctly and the SATA adapter doesn't work well. The holes on the other one don't even match up to the holes on the 2.5" drives! Not sure who designed it!
