Brakes don't & cannot work.
Instruction leaflet says"Braking is achieved by applying pressure to the handles which makes the ferrules come into contact with the ground".Impossible! If you look at the photos the wheel axle is rigidly ATTACHED to the frame. The silver ferrule is also RIGIDLY attached to the frame. Therefore the wheels, axle, frame & ferrule form a rigid structure (think of a normal bicycle where frame, forks & wheel cannot move independently of each other, vertically) .So ferrule, frame & wheels CANNOT move independently of each other. It follows that Brakes cannot and DO NOT work.Quite honestly, I think you would probably be better off with a small, Lidl supermarket trolley - except that would be theft!.***One other major negative. Because this is essentially a tripod on wheels the muppets who deigned this decided to maximise the spacing between the rear wheels. This results in a walker where the rear wheels leave so little space between my door jambs,m that the 'tri-wheel walker' will only go through a door if great care is taken.***Sum up - RUBBISH - find something else.

Best on market
I had a Walker like this before but the tyres have had enough after 17 years may I add, this one is alot lighter l have read some bad reviews about this product but the people are not using it properly , lts your hand pressure for break. I have tried the square ones but I kick the wheels on them my stride is too big for them could do more exciting colours
