Solid choice for an emergency airway device
The kit seems well made and would be a solid choice for an emergency airway kit, especially the 3 size version so that you can be sure to have anyone from small child to adult covered. The kit comes sealed in a durable clear plastic bag that should hold up as long as the device does. Each of the three sizes is in a labled bag inside of the outer bag. The packaging is well thought out so that the airway devices can stay inside of the bags while waiting use. I'd recommend leaving them in the inner packages so that you can be assured that it's sanitary and you can also rely on the "S", "M", and "L" labeling on the bag to pick the right size in a hurry. The bags are easily unzipped and could be torn in an actual emergency as well to open quicker. There is a set of instuctions on two separate booklets. One is quick guide that is for emergency use, the other has more detailed instructions. Instructions are all in clear english with proper grammar and good photos to assist, thankfully no weird chinese translations to contend with here. I would highly highly highly recommend that anyone who will actually be using the device reads through the instructions ahead of time to be familiar but with that said, I think someone would still have a reasonable chance of figuring it out quickly enough with the shortcut instructions and no practice. The device appears to work the way it should at least as much as you can test it without having an actual emergency. If you test it up against some paper or fabric you can see the suction at work to show that it's getting a good seal and suctioning like it should. The device is designed to push air out the sides when pressed in and then creates a suction when pulled back out. It has a wide and flexible rims so it should be able to make a suction with most face shapes and mild facial hair.I think the biggest catch for a device like this is just to see if you have a spot you'd keep it where you can reasonably reach it quickly enough if you need it. It's going to be a "seconds count" situation when you need this and if you have it tucked away in some storage cabinet that takes minutes to get to, you might as well not bother having one. I think the prime use would either be someone with small children who has a higher chance of needing it, or for by a first aid kit at a daycare or office or something. I doubt most people would sacrifice enough space to keep this constantly at hand just in case for a regular home situation and that's going to be the biggest barrier to use.

Interesting concept
I was introduced to this type of device through a video advertisement from LifeVac (a similar device) of a man saving a toddler in a restaurant. I have no idea of the veracity of that video ad, but it nearly made me buy a LifeVac.This appears to be directly based on the LifeVac design with the same kind of plunger system. Instead of a single plunger that you move to the correctly sized mask as the LifeVac has, on this system there is a separate plunger for each mask size. The kit is reasonably sized to keep at a given location, but a little bulky to include with a regular first aid kit.The mask has a one-way valve to prevent the downward stroke from pushing the foreign object deeper, however in testing it does seem to push some air in, however the up-stroke pulls pretty well if the mask is well-fitted. Definitely best to use on someone laying on their back. This is priced very similarly to the LifeVac system, which makes me wonder about the value proposition for buying a generic version.

Comparable to name brands, seems to function well.
This is one of those products that is nearly impossible to write a proper review of because I haven't needed to use it for its intended purpose yet and I hope I never do. Maybe 1 out of 1000 people who buy a device like this truly need it, but if you're that 1 person then you possibly saved someone's life by having it on hand. This is a good thing to have around the home and probably a must have for something like a daycare facility or old folks home. These are very similar to the more commonly known "LifeVac" and you might want to read some reviews about that product as well to make a proper comparison. I do not have any experience with LifeVac either, but these appear to be very similar. They're pretty simple to use, just treat it like a plunger basically. It would be worth testing it out ahead of time so you know how to use it in an emergency. I opened the adult sized one and stuck it on my face and it seemed to have a good bit of suction so I expect they work as intended.I think the real benefit here is that you get a 3 pack for people of various sizes.

Great to have!
I'm thankful to have these on hand, you never know when you will need them. I hope that I never have to use one but they feel like they are very durable, they create a great seal around the face. I love that they come in a variety of sizes with a hard carrying case.

Perfect investment in safety and peace of mind!! ⛑️
While equipped with CPR and BLS training, one can never be too careful or prepared. So I was thankful for the opportunity to check out and review such a simple, but meaningful unit of equipment. The unit itself is one piece and very easy to handle/maneuver. Different sizes of cushion for the mouthpiece depending on if it’s an adult or child and handle for grasping and plunger movement. In placing the mouthpiece (just test on your leg and disinfect with a wipe after), the cushion is non-abrasive and does a great job of creating the tight seal needed dislodge anything obstructing breathing and in working the plunger, you can feel the push/pull of pressure. There’s also a nice storage/carrying case to keep everything put away in the hopes that you’ll never need it, but that it’ll be there in case you do.
