I purchased the Shredforce Chest and Arm Twister and I love it! It is easy to understand and use. I have been using it for only a few days now and I can already feel a difference in my arms and chest area! And the customer support is 5 stars as well as the unit. I scanned the QR code to set up my account and experienced an issue. I called and got a person right away and she was able to help me bypass the error and set up my account. I haven’t had a chance as yet to look at the website features as yet but it looks like it will be very helpful!

Great to have at the office for an impromptu workout. If I get 5 or 10 minutes of peace, I can break this out of my desk drawer and fire off some chest exercises in minutes. Doesn't take up a lot of room, has great resistance levels, and seems really well-made, IMO. The counter on the front is handy, but honestly, I count reps as I do them anyway. I think this is a great piece of equipment to get a quick workout without breaking the bank. Better than that $2,500 treadmill in the basement with clothes hanging on it. You will actually use this.

You can't beat it for the price. I was kind of used to the ones with springs. But just anything in life, you get used to the change. Love the size - it's small enough to fit in a backpack. And it will do the job -- you will build up your chest muscle. Just make sure you get enough protein in your diet LOL. Love this thing.

I'm the kind of person who feels so out of shape and sync that I need to do a little pre workout before I make my way back to my gym and all the hot bodies in it. This item is compact and affordable, but packs a pretty good punch. There are many ways you can hold the machine differently in order to hit different muscle groups and you can adjust the weight or resistance with the easy click of a button. Perfect for a home gym, or beginners just starting to try to turn that couch potato physique back into something resembling musculature. It's comfortable to use and pretty functional for taking steps to grow some muscle as you like at the level you want to go at. I'm at the novice end, so I can vouch for that, but the thing seems like it can go up to much higher levels of weight which would be able to help those who are further in their fitness journey than I. Wish it had a little zipper sleeve or something to put it in, but overall, great value.

I bought the LIFEPRO HYDRAULIC POWER CHEST EXPANDER AND ARM TWISTER TRAINER EXERCISER about a month ago and I have seen big changes! I use it every day. The exercises only take a couple minutes but the benefits are huge! I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has a busy schedule but still wants to get some exercising in! It is compact and lightweight. It can easily go with you anywhere you go!

This tool is incredibly well thought out and built! Only thing I would suggest is regarding the small part that holds the tool folded together at bottom of the handles; I would suggest finding a way to attach one end of that part to the handle with a hinge or pin. It would be easier to fold the tool together when finished using it and less likely to lose that piece. If it can be formed out of Aluminium that would be great as well. This has been a great assistance to my post stroke recovery. I suspect it would also help with carpal tunnel, Tennis elbow and shoulder nerve impingement.I let my son use it once and had to buy him one too. He loves it!!

It works but awkward to hold ! I’m older gentleman so it’s not very ergonomic!

It is a little unwieldy to use at first until you “understand” how to make it work. I wish the instructions were better. Recommended though.
