Well designed and made to carry in your vehicle to dig out when stuck in snow or to facilitate installation tire chains.Only complaint is sharp edges need to be debuted with file or small paint scraper.Not suitable to shovel dirt & gravel, but maybe mud or sand in an emergency.

Perfect to keep in car in case of emergency!
This shovel is even better than expected. I keep one in my car in case I get stuck and have to shovel myself out. It is sturdier than I expected and easy to put together. Shovels great and holds up well to ice as well.

convenient compact snow shovel for the car
this is a sturdy compact shovel easy to put together when needed fits nicely in my hatchback I am assuming it will do the job when I need it thankfully I haven't needed it this winter but its there when I will need to dig myself out on the road

I live in an apartment and they don’t scoop between vehicles. This shovel is great to get you out.

Lightweight but strong, a bit smaller than expected but it does the job and doesn't take up much space in my truck during the winter.

Compact and sturdy
Living in New England pretty much guarantees needing a shovel, big or small. I think this little thing is more effective than the big shovel i bought. This little guy will actually break the ice and hold up to the impact. Perfect for storing in your car because the thing is collapsible. Nice blue color. Metal construction so wear gloves when using it or risk frostbite but if you are shoveling snow without gloves... anyways. Great little thing.

broke not 20 after first use minute
the handle was good and made of good materials but where the handle and bucket meet is not rated for a lot of force. if you buy this keep in mind it is NOT a heavy duty shovel and should be used lightly

Using it in light, loose soil works great, hard packed dirt Im not 100% Convinced but time will tell
So far it's holding it's own.I've not had to dig my way out of any snowbanks or otherwise but some complaints were it's too soft or light materials so I've only used it in loose dirt and I really bought it to keep in the truck for winter driving so unable to quantify the previous claims it's too soft.Time will tell however
