Holy Torque-a-Molie!
An excellent wrench.Includes a small screwdriver for the battery cover; wish this was different.The bigger wrench has a better battery set up.But that’s my only knock.Includes batteries.The case is sweet. Durable.LED readout it’s easy to see, backlit. Nice.Settings are a breeze to adjust.Fits every size you need for HVAC.Excellent.

Great Torque Wrench for Mini-Split install
This adjustable digital torque wrench was perfect for my mini-split installation project. With the refrigerant lines, it was vital to torque them to very specific specifications. This wrench performed the task with ease. I was able to dial in two different digital specs I needed and easily change between them. The wrench has an audile alert to notify when torque spec is getting near, and another alert when it's right on. This is a great tool to have, and I highly recommend it!

Adjustable head too loose on bolts
The adjustable head is very poorly machined, and it is very loose and sloppy. It does not grip fasteners tightly enough to effectively torque beyond maybe 35 ft-lbs, even on a >1" diameter nut. Too bad because the electronics and the way it works are great. It's just really not that usable for what it is designed for. Look at the jaw on some of the Summit or other ones, with an angled cut-out. Also see video for other Vanpo clicker-style torque wrench with the same useless jaw. If they had put $5 more into the adjustable head, this would have been great.

YOU WILL LIKELY STICK BATTERIES IN THE WRONG WAY - REVERSE THEM AND IT WILL LIKELY WORK
I think one of the reasons Amazon calls this a "Frequently Returned Product" is the reason I about returned it. The instructions say to insert the batteries + - into handle like most people would expect. However after trying 3 different sets of batteries it still would not turn on. I tried on a whim to insert the batteries in reverse of what the instructions showed and sure enough, it started right up!Very poor instructions in that reguard. Still havent actually used it yet - was way bigger and longer than I thought it would be since there is no mention of length, but seems to be of decent enough quality.

It's a nice enough simple to use digital torque wrench.Built well, came with batteries, and did what it was supposed to.I enjoy the product and would recommend it.
