We used these while in Florida at the end of July so super hot. Averaged around 20000 steps a day. Chewed on these every so often with water it seemed to reduce leg cramps in an evening. 2 weeks away and only once did I get that lovely sensation in the middle of the night where you scream and do a little dance.Nice tangy flavour. If you drink water straight after its like drinking orange flavoured water as the tablet can stay in your teeth until it dissolves.We like all the flavours but orange is a safe choice.
