Not Magnetic and will not stay
The pieces are not magnetic so will NOT hold your screws and the bit will not remain in the Extension so you are constantly picking it up on of the floor. More than irritating.

Fell apart after about 12 screws.
After putting in about 12 screws, it fell apart. I have not tried an additional one yet to see if they are all crap.
