Gas One 2113 0-20PSI Propane Regulator with Hose 4 ft

Ok so got a new stainless grill. Wouldn’t get hot ENOUGH. Got hot enough to cook burgers but it just took way too long for what I expected out of a new grill. No way to turn the gas up any higher to get a nice sear. Got this new regulator and swapped out the non adjustable regulator that came on new grill. Problem solved. It didn’t need much more heat to make the grill really work the way I wanted it toHowever don’t crank regulator up too much because wow I had a big fireball when I first hooked it up. Turned regulator down with my burners set to max, till flame looked right and I can now seer steaksYou can still control the flame with the knobs so yeah this works as I expected it to

This regulator not only revived my grill it turned it into a "blowtorch" or a slow cooker using the adjustment knob. It made srtring the seer them pulling down the heat for a tender meal.

My propane fireplace came with one. It leaked, ruined the vibe. Bought this one. Very controllable and no propane leaking. Very happy.

The media could not be loaded. I have a very old Weber which has performed well over the last two decades. The burner, manifold, and regulator are all new OEM, so I was disappointed that it still had a hard time getting hot enough to sear meat in the winter. And it was not so great when the weather is warmer, either. I used to replace the tank long before it was empty since the grill was really weak. This adjustable regulator has solved these problems.There must be a reason that non-adjustable propane grill regulators are, I think, about 1 psi. Probably for safety reasons. But if not, I don't know why propane regulators are this low - why aren't they 5 psi and have good enough valves to handle it to compensate for cold weather and low fuel supply? Anyway, I got this adjustable regulator to get my grill hot enough in all situations, which I think would be about 3 psi (a wild guess).In the video, I turn it up to about 75% of the way. As you can hear, it sounds like a jet. Of course, I would never use it this high for more than a few seconds because it might be dangerous. Heck, who am I kidding - of course I am going to use it this high the next time I want to quickly sear sous vide meat.Note that the video is so decreased in quality that it is almost not viewable. I start with it at what I think I will normally use it - about 25%. I then turn it up to 50% for a few seconds, then 75%, before turning it back down to 25%.Update: It has now been over 4 months since I got this regulator and still going strong. At the time I got it, I was ready to swap out the propane tank since the pressure was so low. Getting this adjustable regulator allowed me to open it up enough to compensate for being less than half full such that I used the same tank on a regular basis (once every week or two) for over 4 months more and I am just running out of propane. This regulator will quickly pay for itself by being able to use the full tank of propane as opposed to swapping it out early when the pressure gets too low.

Always on time, Great looking product, fits perfectly, and the regulator is amazing. You have to bring down the pressure to the level that you prefer. Very happy and satisfied with this product and service. 👍👍
