This is a great key fob replacement. Because I had the original key fob I didn't have to get this programmed. All I did was open up switch the mother board (very easy) and it worked perfectly

Comes with website instruction card and when you type in make and model it states “no instructions found.” Tried multiple different makes, models and years and received the same results. If you don’t know how to program them or are trusting them to tell you I wouldn’t buy this product

Everything about this matches the stock remote perfectly, but the range of the remote is much shorter than a stock remote. I get maybe 50 feet with this. The stock remote is more like 200-300 feet. Everything else is great form and function. Nice solid buttons with a good feel when you click them.

I was told not to waste my time with these aftermarket key fobs by a local locksmith because they were cheaply made and unprogramable for my 2018 Silverado. I went ahead and took a chance on trying it out because I didn't want to spend the $350 dollars the dealership wanted for a replacement key fob. To my surprise it works flawlessly and feels like it's made from quality materials just like the factory key fob. For the newer model Chevys, you have to have them programmed. I shelled out $60 to have it programmed by the dealership but that's still a far cry from $350. The only difference is that there is no Chevrolet symbol on the back side which is no deal breaker for me. Power locks work great as well as remote start. Be looking to spend $50-$60 for programming. I recommend taking to dealership for programming because most of the locksmith people I spoke with either didn't have up to date software for programming this key fob or they couldn't guarantee me that it would work properly and they would not refund me the $$ for the programming. I am truly satisfied with this purchase and would definitely recommend this key fob.

Works like the original. Had an automotive repair shop program it. All in it was half the price of the dealer.
