Surprisingly great different
Product was as advertised. The box is sturdy but a bit rough at the edges. I didn't have high hopes for the fiber but it was very soft and the color is nice. It was easy to spin on a drop spindle and turned out nicely.The llama gauge was as expected.

Lovely Gift for Fiber Artist
This kit comes with fiber and a gauge checker to check the thickness of the yarn you will spin. It doesn't come with a spindle or tool to spin the fiber. The gauge also has knitting needle gauge/size as well to see the size/gauge of your knitting needles when working on projects. It all comes in a cute little box with a latch. The fiber included is very soft to work with and would be great for a beginner.

Just opened the box and to my surprise it only came with what seems to be 1 ounce of fiber in white color.

alpaca tool and some fiber to spin
You get the alpaca tool packaged in the pretty suitcase with some fiber to spin. The tool is made of plywood. It was laser cut. it is pretty handy for measuring all things fiber. You can measure wraps per inch, and also the spin angle. There is also needle gauge included on the tool. It all comes pretty packaged and could be a great gift
